Buying a 25% fractional ownership in one of our Yachts is the best decision you can make if you are on the market for a luxury Yacht. Depending on whether your yacht will stay cruise exclusively in the North East or be relocated to Florida during the winter months, you will have between 30 and 70 cruising days every year… more than what most single owners use their boats.

All the operational expenses of your Yacht are shared between the share holders (up to 4 owners), and the only additional cost to you are your consumables while cruising. Operational expenses include docking fees, maintenance, crew payroll, insurance and repairs. A management fee is received by Luxury Yacht Partners Of New York in exchange for their services.

Sharing the expenses of your Yacht doesn't mean that you are sharing time on board with the other owners. Each time you will step on board, our concierge service will organize all the details to make you feel like at home. Whether it is your preferred bottle of Champagne or the color of the linens, your Yacht will be prepared to your requirements by an experienced, friendly and professional crew.

Nothing compares with the privileges of owning a Yacht, and you might be eligible for some tax advantages that will further reduce your expenses.

But let's be honest, who has the time to use their Yacht between one to two months every year? This is where we can reduce your expenses even further. By chartering your Yacht during the time none of the owners are using it, Luxury Yacht Partners Of New York will bring additional revenues to your Yacht that will be allocated toward the operational expenses shared by all the owners. One of the owners can even decide to give up some of their allocated time on board and make it available for charter. In this case, the revenues from the charter booked on one individual owner's time will be allocated toward the owner's individual share operational expenses.
